E4 Specialist Mike Laverty. His third year in the Florida Army National Guard. His job title was Infantry, and on this last deployment he performed many tasks. Primarily a driver of an armored vehicle known as an MRAP. In addition, multiple cross-training opportunities were provided and he was able to also serve as a gunner and truck commander many times.
